So I am planning to get a new hdd since I knew about my WD Green is slow. I was wondering why my previous WD Blue had better performance. So what would you guys suggest? SSD and my WD Green for storage or Get a WD Black and keep the green? I just wanna know which would be better. I play a lot of games actually. and my budget is for a 160gb ssd or a 1tb wd black.

Personally, I would go with the SSD and a WD Black drive and if your system will support three drives then use the Green drive for storage only. Below are a couple of links that will explain the differences between the Green, Blue and Black WD drives:
