Blue Screen Problem

i recently am getting the blue screen after downloading HF pAppLoc, followed by uninstalling it. I cant figure out the problem, probably because i am not Tech-savvy
the error reads after i re-loggin

Hi, try the following:
Restart your computer, and press F8 at the character-based menu that displays the operating system choices.
In the Advanced Options menu, select the Last Known Good Configuration option (to state that was before installing your new software).
