I recently bought an i7 desktop that came with a HD 7350 graphics card installed. I was wondering if I should keep it in or take it out to use the integrated graphics instead

Use the card all the way, integrated graphics are next to worthless compared to cards.

Oh I also forgot to mention I have a Geforce 520 card lying around as well. How would that compare? Which one should I use?

They are both nearly identical so either would work, that system was probably build with the amd card in mind so it is easier to stick with the amd. There is no performance over the other.

Wait sorry one last question... how come the HD 4000 has a better passmark score than the HD 7350 if its worse?

Passmark scores can be misleading, in benchmarks the 4000 may have the advantage, but in practice the card is better off.

I would use the Geforce 520 that you have laying around.

Radeon 7350 is a rebadged 5450, the Geforce 520 is much more capable. Agree with the previous comment, skip the integrated video(and disregard all benchmarks).
