I am new to building computers. Would all of these components put together create a functioning system? AMD A4-5300 Trinity 3.4GHz FM2 Desktop Processor, ASUS F2A55-M LE Motherboard, Corsair XMS 4GB Desktop Memory, Western Digital 500GB 7200 RPM Hard Drive & LOGISYS ATX Mid Tower Case w/ 480W Power Supply, Windows 7 Operating System, and MSI R7790-1GD5/OC Radeon HD 7790 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

No, your PSU wouldn't support that GPU. But in any case your build would have serious performance problems. If you want I can help suggest a build to you if you gave me a budget!

Your cpu will bottleneck your gpu causing a preformance drop. if you are keen on using the processor save your money and buy a cheaper gpu. I recomend not getting the cpu and videocard but instead getting a a10 6800k and faster ram

I do have one question though. It says that the motherboard you chose has an onboard USB 3.0 header but the case you chose does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports. Does this matter?
