What desktop would be better for dayZ and battlefield 3 and 4?

...neither, really. The HD 6670 DDR3 and especially the GT 610 are too weak to run any of those titles at enjoyable settings or frame rates. Sure, they'll run at minimum settings and 720p, but that's less than ideal for the money you'll spend.

The desktops you listed are really unbalanced for gaming and look like they're supposed to be workstations, with the high thread counts and 16GB of RAM. You'd really be better off building your own or looking for better deals. The constant usage of "lastest," misspellings and buzzwords would also make me wary of the quality of service you're getting.
