Get 1.5V RAM; 1.65 is bad for your IMC.

Get a 500W+ PSU from any of the brands in my sig. There's no real need for gold; it's not going to drop your electricity bill enough to pay the difference back.

You'll want an aftermarket cooler to OC.

I'm from switzerland, My budget is 1300 CHF (1400 $ or 1200 €, more or less)
For the psu, I checked on a website : "http://www.extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.js..." , and I added 50W to be sure to have enough power.. Is it really too much ?

Most of the power calculator sites already add a lot of padding.

It's perfectly fine, just a waste of money.
