It could not run most games when it was released in 2009 so I imagine you should be looking at games from around 2005 or you can get a used card on ebay that can play modern games on at least low settings or a new Radeon 6670 all for cheap. This card recently sold on Ebay for £10, I used to own one and could play Skyrim on high at 1920 x 1080 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATI-Radeon-4870-512mb-GDDR5-PCI-E-/200952040309?pt=UK_Computing_Computer_Components_Graphics_Video_TV_Cards_TW&hash=item2ec9accb75 you don't need to spend much to get a card 100s of times better (do make sure your power supply can handle it).
