Random Piece fell off? Help?

I was building my desktop yesterday and when I was hooking some wires up to the motherboard I felt something fall. The object is a silver cone with a hole in the middle. It's made out of plastic. Here is the picture-

Sorry guys, I don't think it's either of those. I checked the case and the parts that came with it and found nothing like it. I also checked my mobo and it wasn't on there either. It's really weird... it fell out of nowhere. Also my pc still works, so I suppose it shouldnt of been extremely important
