hi im planning to buy a graphics card and i wanna know which is better. a 7770 oc edition vapor x is cheaper and someone told me that an oc'ed 7770 is like a 7790 stock, so its better for me to go with the 7770. i just want to ask if a sapphire 7770 oc edition vapor x performs like a stock 7790 thanks

The 7790 has much better memory bandwidth (1.5 GHz by default, vs 1.125GHz). The 7770 would need something like 20% more performance to reach the 7790
That's if you don't get a pre-OCed 7790. Personally, I'd scrounge together the highest budget I could get (while being reasonable) and get the card that is in that budget. You won't regret spend an extra $20 in 2 years from now.
