ASUS gtx 680 2gb vs MSI gtx 760 4gb

MSI is a good as ASUS quality wise, no idea where you got that bs from.

The GTX680 is slightly faster but has less memory and if I remember correct, it also draws quite a bit more power.
It is great for HD gaming at ultra quality thou.

The GTX760 has the advantage with more RAM for higher resolutions/multiple monitor setup or if you as example play Skyrim with tons of high resolution texture replacements (2x - 4x vs original), 2GB cards just randomly crash to the desktop when you use close to photo realistic textures.
