Hi,
Can any one help me how to resolve the problem about my toshiba sound driver. i managed to install realtek sound card and it will work until i restart the laptop and the sound driver is gone again.

you could try Realtek HD Audio drivers

Hi Emerald,

I already tried realtek HD sound,the problem is that it will be install and will working, But when I restart my laptop the soun doesn't work any more and when I check the driver in the device manager the driver for realtek is gone.Only AMD sound driver is there.
My laptop is new so i will not think that it was a virus or some kind. because its a new windows.

the problem is that there are not XP sound drivers for this laptop. They only work on Win7 and Win8
