Hey

I have an HP p7-1455 with a 1TB HDD and I need to install Windows 7 to the computer. I messed up the install of Ubuntu a day ago and it won't dual boot with Windows 8.

I need to reset my HDD so it is just 1 big 1TB partition and not a bunch of separate ones.

Also, my computer won't let me boot from DVD (even though I've set it up right in the BIOS) unless I do it through the Windows 8 recovery menu.

Thanks

When you go in windows Installation mode if asks you to choose drive at that time there is option below called advanced there you click on each drive and press delete this will at end result in you getting 1tb of un-allocated hdd space form there only you can clock new and make appropriate partition.
