one pin has been broken off

i have a customer that brought in a haswell motherboard. the pins were bent i easily fixed them but i seen a broken cpu pin, i want to know if the pin is either essential or non-essential? please respond ASAP

There is no way for is to know. What does that specific pin do? Completely unknown.

Does it talk to the internal speaker? (trivial)
Or does it talk to memory slot #1? (serious)

Who knows...time for a new board.

i cant find a diagram of all the pins, i know it's there somewhere but idk where to find it.

the broken one is on the bottom right of the provided pictures they were about 7 pins bent but they were a easy fix.
