I built this computer in August of 2012, and I've used it a lot since then.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($92.13 @ TigerDirect)
Motherboard: Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($63.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.98 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 560 1GB Video Card ($209.99 @ Amazon)
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec EarthWatts Green 500W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($72.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90 DVD/CD Writer ($34.88 @ Amazon)
Total: $607.93, $630ish without all the sales.

Extra Notes:

-Also included is 2 extra Rosewill 120mm case fans (They're not installed in the case though)
-I'm NOT including Windows 7
-Power Cable IS included
-DVI and VGA cables along with HDMI adapter cable are all included
-It's been used for about a year now
-It can run almost all games on medium/high settings and some at ultra settings in 1080p.
-Nothing is broken and everything is working properly as of now too

I hope someone can get to me with a good price point on what to sell this for, and where to sell it for. I was thinking for selling it around $500 on eBay.

i would honestly say, with all the new tech out there and better performance, maybe $250-350
