SSD Vs HDD and Question About CoolerMaster

hi Guys i have 2 questions

First : is there difference in gaming between the ssd and hdd like

HDD : Western Digital caviar blue 7200RPM 1tb 64mb cache

SSD : Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB


Second : IS CoolerMaster PSU ( Extreme Power Plus 500w ) is good for fx-8320 and 8gb ram and HD 7870 If not Why ?

1. Performance during the game, as in greater fps, no real difference
Load times, and loading between levels - the SSD is faster

2. There are better PSUs. Seasonic or Corsair for example.

i know but this available with the case and i don't want to spend money on psu i want to spend on gpu or cpu

If you buy cheap, you get cheap. Don't cheap out on the PSU.

so its not good i mean is it going to destroy any thing in the pc like motherboard gpu or cpu and is it can handle i can maybe change it if it going to destroy any thing in my pc

If that PSU dies, it may take out some other part. There is no way to predict what.
And it will probably 'die' earlier than a better quality one.

But if you're going to change it out anyway, why pay for it in the first place?
