My SSD is failing?

I've taken a look at some numbers and reads on crystaldisk, and even compared it with some friends. A lot of my numbers are out of wack, now I would be thinking to much about it, but the fact that, im getting blue screens when installing drivers, sometimes my mouse and keyboard dont work on boot, and have to restart, just weird stuff like that. I'm almost sure my SSD is just going out, I did get it refurbished from newegg about 3-4 months ago. So just take a look and see what you guys can find. Thanks.

You may want to do a fresh OS install and follow these guidelines for best results: http://www.computing.net/howtos/show/solid-state-drive-ssd-tweaks-for-windows-7/552.html
You can't just install the OS like you would for a HDD and expect everything be great. SSDs need some special tweaking.

Luckily I had to fresh install a couple of days ago because I was having weird driver issues. But I did follow that article, and in crystal disk, stuff that was going bad before seems to now be working, and its even booting, 1 almost to 2 seconds faster. Thank you.
