Am I the only one ? - GTX 760 - Drivers issues

My 760 freeze after 5-10 mins of gameplay..
Tried BF3 - usually crash\freeze after 2-3min
Tried AC3 - crash after about 5-10min
Tried DayZ mod (Arma2: OA) - crash after 10-40min
Tried Ace mod (Arma2: OA) - crash after 5-40min

Now you see.. I honestly dont know if the problem
is with these specific games or is it my GPU ?

I've been looking for an answer for more the 72 hrs now, and found none !

What I already tried:
1. Any of those drivers (Preformed clean install + Driver Sweeper and installing in SAFE MODE):
314.22, 320.18 (came with the GPU's cd), 320.49 and any beta drivers so far - 326.xx

2. Changed the TDR registry key - It actually helped a little. For example when DayZ is freezing it wait a little for the GPU to restore the game and doesnt just crash immediately.
But ovarall it did nothing, just delayed the crash a bit more.

3. Tried to increase the voltages a bit higher just in case 0.9000v wasn't enough.
(Didnt help one bit)

4. Installed only the graphic driver, without the PhysX and the other features,
and guess what.. Did absolutely nothing.

5. I read somewhere the RealTek drivers had some issues with Nvidia in the past
so I uninstalled the RealTek sound driver and install the Nvidia one.
Had no effect at all.

6. When in game the CPU and GPU tmps are barely scratching the 50c
so it isn't a overheating problem.

7. I re-installed my OS (Win 7 64bit) - but no help.

My monitor is 1360x768(native) 32' LED connected with HDMI.
My in game res is as the native as well, it means that the GPU is far from being
pushed to the limits.

Now here is my rig:
Intel i5 4570 3.2Ghz
Gigabyte GTX 760 OC
Asus B85M-g
Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD
2x4 Crucial DDR3 1600Mhz RAM
SeaSonic M12II 520 Bronze 520W
Corsair 200R

I have 3 years warranty and I suspect that I got a faulty GPU.
I think I'll be able to replace it with a new one considering all the problems
that came with it.

But even before that I wanna be 100% sure that there is nothing else to do.

...
Now Im using the 326.41 driver
and the GPU in default setting, no OC utility or anything like that in my computer.

( *BTW* the Gigabyte AMD Radeon 7950 is slightly better and exspensive but I think I can afford it,
do you recommend it over the 760 ?)

Do u guys have any idea what can possibly be the problem ?
Thanks :) (and sorry for my poor english..)

Solution
Fresh uninstall your driver using driver fusion again ablnd custom install only the graphics driver.

Try 1 stick of ram and test both sticks individually incase a stick is faulty.

Sorry for double posting \ :

UPDATE:

I updated the bios and installed the Gigabyte Graphic driver that came with the 760
and started AC3

I played for 10 min, it was a very weird experience \: ...
10 min into the game and the game froze,
I rushed to the desktop to see if there any graphic driver failure notification
and then the weirdest thing happened,
my TASK MANAGER was open and I so the CPU cores just randomly jumping from 10% to 80-90%
and quickly get back to 10%

now.. I dont think, not even a little.. that its a CPU problem as its a GPU problem.

One thing come good from updating the BIOS, it was the first the AC didnt actually crash.

Thanks for your help then XD

I'll probably replace this card with a new one and see how it goes !
(I can only hope now..)

If you guys have any more solutions for me, be my guest !

thanks :))

I personally can't get AC3 to work on any driver after 310.70, since you are using a 700 series card that doesn't have drivers that old, you might be out of luck.

What is the nature of the crashes? Does it crash to desktop, or blackout and come back?

Actually it depends..
BF3 crash to desktop (it did anyway.. before the bios update, now I dont know..)
After the bios update it appears that AC3 no longer crash but blackout and come back.

With arma 2 mods I dont know yet..

I downloaded Bioshock Infinate, i'll install it and see how it goes.

Nevertheless, thank you for responding :)

Actually they're not that old (320.18), I'll first check with these drivers then I'll update to the new one and see how it goes.
Both ways, I earned something at least.. with my bios.

Thank you for responding !

I really hope that i'll have a solution by tomorrow, after almost 4 days since I bought this card..
I wanna make a very big guide for the GTX 760 issues with all possible solutions out there
just so other wont have to go through all that never again D:

Will update you guys, Thank you !!!

UPDATE
I installed Bioshock INfinate and gave it a run,
it crash after 5 min into the game.

I looked at Event Viewer for possible interferences and found
a file name NvdStreamer causing some apps failures.
So I deleted it completely with a guide I found and
gave Bioshock another run.

This time thou, the game run flawless for about 40-45min and then... CRASH !

So this is where I stand now..
(I have the latest Drivers, 320.49)

Any father guidance and other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again :) !

That exactly what I did..
I gave the 760 back and add about 10 bucks (instead of 40) and got the Sapphire 7950 Boost, 925Mhz in stock.
Playing for few hours now.. Great GPU.

Thank you so much for all your help mate.
Best regards ! :)
