Hello all,

I am looking to finish a desktop for my girlfriend. So far I have some old parts from my PC's upgrade - 500W PSU, Radeon HD 6750, Toshiba 1TB HD, DVD drive, and I just purchased a mid-ATX tower from Tigerdirect (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4861147&sku=U12-42350).
She won't be gaming, but since I have the extra GPU and its not a total POS, I want to use it in the build (especially in case I ever want to put some lower demanding games on it in the future). What would be suggested for the motherboard and CPU? I think 8 GB RAM would be sufficient and I would like to make use of the USB 3.0 ports on the tower. I'm looking to spend less than $300 as I still need to get an OS.
Thanks in advance!

Solution
It's quite easy since it's not a gaming build, at least not a demanding one.
