How much OC could I expect with this build?

I've spent a good lot of days trying to come up with a suitable build and I thing I got something good. Though there might be kinks going on, so feel free to chime in if something can be improved. As for OC, I am in Southwest Florida (just figured it'd help to point out a hot weather year round).

My budget is ~$1,000 (Hopefully I won't have to go over it) and this is my build so far

I have only bought the case so far. I would like to OC to 4.2 at least but preferably and in a perfect world, 4.3. Thought this would be my first time OCing, I've read/watched enough to know that although I'm no master of it, I don't find it to be extremely difficult and could possibly be easier than it seems to be.

So I guess what I'm asking is, how much can I reasonably expect to OC as a general rule everyday, and at the price range is there anything you suggest I swap for a more budget concious while not giving up in quality? And do I need to think of changing the Evo 212 for a Noctua NH-D14?

The games I expect to be running are Mists of Pandaria (Warcraft), Guild Wars 2, Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3, Sleeping Dogs, and maybe either II or III from the Witcher. I'd like to be able to run them at the ultra settings.

Thank you

Solution
I got mine to 4.4 stable on auto voltage with near identical setup. Might get 100mhz more messing with voltage. No need to change coolers - you have A/C right?

Yes I do have A/C. I just had seen someone tweak a similar set up in Youtube and he had stuck with the 4.2 so I wasn't sure if there was a reason
