Top Speaker Systems

Hi,

I'm curious what the community suggests for some great speakers...

I don't necessarily need surround sound. I just want some great speakers. I listen to a lot of music on the computer and my old ones are starting to crap out.

Is there a certain product everyone here loves? I would love to hear your guys input. Thanks!

If you want great sound use an HDMI or optical output to a receiver and a pair (or more) of good speakers (like Polk Audio or whatever). If you don't need surround sound consider a pair of front speakers and a subwoofer.

Thank you for the suggestion. Is there any kind of of "computer speakers" that will fit on desktop and sound comparable to a good audio system with receiver?

A simple pair of computer speakers that I've used that are quite good would be THIS Logitech set.
