Can I install my 16GB Ram memory modules from a MBP Late 2011 on a MBP early 2013?
The RAM specs are: DDR3 PC3-10600 • CL=9 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR3-1333 • 1.35V • 1024Meg x 64 • lead free • halogen free • for Mac

I see the 2013 MBP calls for PC3-12800, DDR3 1600.

That would be no problem at all. The number after PC3 only states a maximum at which the memory controller on the motherboard wants to operate. If you plug in lower speed ram, you just work at that lower speed. If you would plug in higher speed ram, it would simply work at the maximum speed of the board.
