Try borrowing a power supply and test.
450W might not be enough for the system.

I tested a higher power supply and the problem persists :( ... recently, i physically checked all my hardware ( of course, everything off and without electricity on me... ) and when i checked my Ram Sticks i noticed that they were really hot o.O... could that be the problem?

You can try testing with single RAM stick installed. Try also borrowing a graphics card from a friend, if possible.
