Built a PC today, Installed latest LAN driver and it's still slow

My PC build is http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1t6wf . I installed the LAN driver on the disk first and then installed it the latest driver on the internet. I'm connected using via ethernet cord. On my phone I can get a better signal or whatever you call it on the internet using the same wifi. I just want to know if there is any way to help.... Thank you in advance tom's hardware people!

Looking over the motherboard as well, there seems to have been a BIOS update for your MB that updated something about your LAN. So you might want to look into that.
