Quick bottleneck question!

I am considering purchasing a GTX 770, will this be bottlenecked by my processor or motherboard? Is it even worth getting or should I just focus on upgrading my CPU? [Side note, I'm not worried about my power supply as I will just get whatever's needed there]

Processor: Intel Core i7 CPU 870 2.93
GHz, 4 cores

Motherboard: MSI H55M-E23

It shouldn't in most games.
If the games you play are not thread optimized then yes, your CPU will bottleneck.
You should still give overclocking serious consideration to keep the balance strong.

So what would be the advantage of upgrading my CPU rather my GPU gaming wise? I probably won't have the time or money to upgrade in the next year so in that case would I notice a bigger difference in upgrading my GPU or CPU?
