The easiest OC to do for you would be simply to up your multiplier, to hit ~4.0GHz.

To hit 4GHz with the FX-8320 you should not have to touch any other setting. Up the multiplier until you see approximately (four thousand) 4000 MHz, boot into Windows, run Prime95 or some CPU intensive program to check for stability and you're done.

I presume you have a decent aftermarket heatsink, at least a CM Hyper 212 Evo, before you attempt to OC. Do NOT overclock on your stock AMD heatsink.

Thanks for the input, I tried it with stock cooler it's working fine, I had to move the voltage up a bit, ran Prime95,.. temp was up to 60C to 63C is that ok... I understand CPU has a safety shutoff if temp gets too high?

Yes they do. 60C under Prime95 is acceptable, though I would still recommend getting something better for a heatsink, as you will deteriorate your CPU's capacity to OC properly, and its long-term performance. I was able to OC my FX-8320 to 4.2 without touching the voltage, however, I was using the CM Hyper 212 EVO, Corsair H60 and now the Antec Khuler H2O 920.

I am going to say this again though: DO NOT OVERCLOCK USING THE STOCK AMD HEATSINK.
