For the price/performance ratio, I'd go with the first one. You can also change the 770 to 780 and the performance between 780 and titan is so close that it's worth getting the cheaper 780 than titan.

They are both great. The second is better graphically and has a better processor, but both will be able to handle some amazing gaming. You did forget to put an optical drive on the second one but thats not a huge expense. Between the two, I would go with the second one.
