I just built this computer and everything seems to be running fine.
I bought Windows 7 through a digital download and have burnt the ISO to both a DVDR and Flash Drive.
Upon installing Windows 7 from DVDR it got hung up at Expanding Windows Files for awhile then later got this error code: 0x8007048F saying 'Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation'. Then I tried to change the SATA Mode from AHCI to IDE and then could not find my HDD to install windows on. So I switched back to AHCI and now my HDD does not show up in the BIOS either. I have tried switching from UEFI to Legacy using both IDE and AHCI modes. This is when I switched to the USB method and have same results. I have checked the SATA and Power Cable to make sure they are plugged in and have also tried switching SATA plugs and cables. Might I have a bad Hard drive? I don't see why it would find it in both the BIOS and setup of Windows the first time if it was faulty? If anyone can give me some other things to try I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

Edit: I have been messing with it more and when I reset the motherboard it detects the HDD 'sometimes' but still doesn't show up during Windows 7 install.
Edit: I hooked the hard drive to another computer and the bios detected it.
