The case is large enough to fit an ATX case without problem as it can be seen in the pic below. It should be just fine. No problem there. Get that board. It should be just fine.
My case is an ASUS Vento TA-711, it is compatible with ATX motherboards, but it is not a long case.
I worry that it won't fit in properly because of the HDDs.

Look up the exact specs of the case. The only ones I was found I couldn't read the language. If the case says it will support ATX motherboards then I'd feel safe with it. If it doesn't then maybe opt for a new case.
