What is the best, most reliable 500 to 600 watt power supply I can buy for under 70 bucks?

I'm looking for a power supply upgrade to support my new graphics card, I know there are a LOT of really horrible power supply companies out there, so I'm wondering what a good, reliable power supply with 500 to 600 watts with a 70 dollar budget would be?
