well i wanna build pc for games and i wanna make sure that this parts are compatible and if the build is fine

gpu Gigabyte Windforce GTX 770 GDDR5-4GB 4 gb might be to much but i want it

mother board motherboard Gigabyte Intel Z77 LGA 1155 AMD CrossFireX/NVIDIA
OR
ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
would be nice to get advice about mother board

cpu i5 3570k
power supply OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W Modular
ram Corsair Vengeance 8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz
cpu cooler Corsair Hydro H100

i left out some parts that i already got
and id like to know if they will fit in mid tower or if i need full tower

coz i want this case vengeance c70



i was also told that this psu that i picked has short cabels so if u guys can tell me for which one i should replace it with longer cabel it would be nice i was thinking about this two

There are basically none. They just say that for marketing and all that and to help people who don't know if they can buy it.

thanks for help i got 1 more question are there any compatibleity issues with psu and cpus coz when i was searching for power supply it said compatible with i5 i7 and i never heard psu needing to be compatible with pcus i was thinking they can work with any type
