I have installed Black Ops 2 it works fine without any crash but the main problem is there is no sound at all and subtitles don't work during the game play and there is no sound device option in
sound settings as if it is not reading any sound device and every other game and application is giving proper sound,does anyone have solution

Hmm, that should do it... you did delete the existing save files also prior to reinstalling?

edit - note that Windows Program Manager may not remove those files, they may need to be manually removed

I have re-installed it five times still no sound and its working fine on my friends laptop he installed it in main directory like "C:\Prgram Files..... and i installed in D:\ does that have to do with anything and black ops 2 doesn't even show itself in Volume mixer option in windows 7
