I have just built a brand new PC with the ASUS Z87 Gryphon Motherboard. As soon as I turn on the motherboard, it will quickly initiate the fans to start spinning and then automatically turn off again for about half a second. It then checks everything indicating with LED lights throughout the board but stops at BOOT DEVICE LED and just stays there shining a bright red light. Therefore nothing is displayed on the monitor and so i cannot go to the BIOS utility screen to configure all my settings.

I understand that it could be a hardware malfunction however I have gone over everything three times already and made sure that everything is connected well. I have been looking on forums all day and some have mentioned to reset the BIOS or to update it but how can I update it when I cant even access to it in the first place?

Its probably a simple error but I cannot solve it as i'm pretty new to this. Any help will be much appreciated!

as soon as i took out the graphics card and wifi card it now boots up to bios settings. Ive now installed windows but am facing another problem. every time i turn on the computer, it goes straight back into bios settings and not windows. I have a 240 ssd which i have made it as 1st priority in the bios settings however it still manages to only reboot itself to bios and not windows. As soon as i put the windows cd in however, everything works fine.
