The components I am thinking about getting for the sole use of Gaming probably on a single monitor.

So basically is this a good build for gaming as in all settings cranked up to full on any game out there and like battlefield 4 the same?

What monitors are good for gaming? For a monitor I have about a £200 price range!

Any better ideas for components without blowing budget!

Reason no SSD is because I dont believe its worthe the money for faster loading speeds!?

I don't have time to get into your questions as I'm about to go out, so I apologise for that, however I have some food for thought. The new AMD cards are expected in October and will almost certainly beat the 780 in performance at a similar price range. On top of that, they're coming out at the same time as BF4, so it may well come bundled!

I'm going to say this, it is completely worth the money for the faster loading speeds. With windows 8 and a haswell based system. You're looking at like 10 seconds and below from you hitting the power button to being in windows. That's everytime you turn on the computer or the first few dozen times you have to restart it right when you have it going the first time.

Looks like an awesome top end rig, but if it is solely for gaming, a 4770k is overkill. An i5 would be better and costs less. benjii made a good point with the new AMD cards. they are usually quite competitive, and there will be a few deals around. That being said, the 780 is one awesome card, and you might have to wait a few months for the 8xxx series. You cant really go wrong with either... Im with you on the SSD. Expensive, quick to age and not necessary. It is better to put that money into other parts, such as a better gpu, etc.

get this with much better 7990 having equal perfrmnce to gtx 770 sli
