I'm almost decided on the system. Just thinking is there a point for me to get CPU cooler like Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO or I just use stock Intel cooler. It's probably going to be mid tower BitFenix Merc Alpha (Black) ATX. Should I get some fans with it ? Any case suggestions for similar price up to £35 ? Silence is a priority over looks for me.

Intel Core i5-3470 3.2GHz
ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive or SSD
MSI GeForce GTX 760 2GB Video Card or GTX670
BitFenix Merc Alpha (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
XFX 550W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply

Thanks

No you don't need a CPU cooler unless you're OC'ing really.

Fans... No. Yet it can still be good to get some, seeing as you could get some fans with

rubber gromets on them. These will transfer less vibration to the case; thus less sound.

Stock intel cooler will be fine since you can't overclock with that CPU.
The 760 doesn't really need any extra airflow unless you plan on overclocking so that case with the provided fans should be fine.
