GTA IV super laggy

Even when I put GTA on the optimal settings, so my resource usage is like 300/500mb, its still super jumpy at slow, and unless i take all settings down to very low, and resolution down to 800x600, it is choppy when driving. Are my specs not good enough?

CPU: AMD A10 5800K
8GB RAM
Graphics: Integrated CPU Graphics (Is this not enough? Do I need a graphics card even to run GTA on relatively low settings?)

Man, A10-5800K's iGP 7660D is like HD 6570 in gaming. U shouldn't expect it too much in gaming.

I have some query for ya:

1. Did u use 1866mhz Dual Channel RAM (according to ur info, it should be a pair of 1866mhz 4GB same RAM)

2. How many shadow density did u tweaked? If this settings is closed, ur gaming fps will be greatly improved. My little brother's i5 laptop w/ GT 630M (between HD 6570 n' 6670) gfx could play high settings while keeping the shadow density closed.

3. Manually tweaked down some settings if u still feel lagging. The "Optimal settings" isn't optimized at all generally. (e.g. set water quality 'low', lower shadow density, but at least u could keep 1280*720 or 1366*768 if shadow density is off)

With shadow density off and everything on super low and everything off, it lags on every resolution except 800x600.
