Win7 x64 SP1.
Every now and then, mouse jerks, and sound is distorted (*rrrrr*).
Happens with winamp, vlc, ...
No CPU spikes.
Mem (32GB) was tested ok.
Latest drivers.
I don't know where to start how to solve this problem.
Any suggestions ?

get rid of adaware antivirus, its not good to have more than one antivirus running at a time and can cause system instability and performance issues.

i would also change from mse to another antivirus, its performance has become bad recently and its detection rate also.

i would reccomend AVG or Commodo instead, stay clear of avast.

Ad-Aware is only installed since two days, the problem exists from before.
The reason I have multiple antiviruses installed is detection.
(and still, Kaspersky and Windows Defender offline editions detect things online antiviruses don't detect)

I will temporarily disable all antivirus, and see if the problem persists.
