Hard Drive Not Recognized

I just completed a new build with a SSD as the main drive. Everything working fine EXCEPT I installed a WD Hard Drive as a second drive and the system is not recognizing it. Any thoughts?

Go to Control Panel > Administrative tools > (menu on the left) Storage > Disk Management

You'll see your drive there as unallocated space, just right click it and click new simple volume. That should do it!
