ATI Radeon 5570 HD overheating

Over the past couple days my GPU has been overheating.
Idle temps are around 60c and when I'm gaming (World of Warcraft and League of Legends) it goes up to 110c+.

I've updated the drivers and if theres any other information you need just say so.

In the AMD VISION Engine Control Center I have "Enable manual fan controle" checked and at 100%, still running WoW at 110c+ and idles at around 60c
