Hi, first post here...

So I'm thinking of upgrading my current computer. I'm thinking of upgrading the graphics card and CPU,get a 1920x1080 monitor (HD all the way!) and upgrade my hard disk.

Anyway, I was thinking of getting an Nvidia GTX650 Ti BOOST. First of all, is it a good graphics card to get with the current and future game-requirements?

Secondly, considering I get this graphics card, what CPU do I need not to bottleneck it. I was thinking of getting an Intel Core i5 3570... Is that enough? I have 8GB of memory, I'm guessing that's fine too. And I have a 650W power supply. Will that do?

Thanks in advance for your help and answers!

@Owen Desira GTX 660 also good, you should get better FPS. i wouldn't count on the PSU though, the wattage is enough and you should get plenty of amp's at the +12V rail, but CM PSU's are known to be shit, that is they are unreliable...

650Ti boost is good, some game's might require reduced setting's at that res. CPU is also good. but you could get a 4th gen i5 like 4430 or 4670K if your overclocking.

PSU is also good but what brand is it from?

You'll find 50 threads today on 3570k (last generation 1155 socket) versus 4670k (current generation 1150 socket) .... 3570k overclocks better (6% on average), 4670k is 10% faster @ stock speeds.

650 Ti Boost is great card ... when it was released it made everything else between $125 and $200 irrelevant. And ya can SLI it for $310 w/ just a 650 watt PSU and it outperforms the much more expensive 680 and 7970 Ghz

OK, I might just go for 4th gen for some more money, so I'm going for the 4670 processor. Not thinking of using SLI atm, so if there's a better GPU within the price range of $180-$210 dollars, I'd be happy to know about it!

PSU-wise, I got the CoolerMaster GX Bronze 650W.

OK thanks! Re: PSU... Oh well, it's been working for three years, I'm hoping it will do a little more haha.
