I have a budget of 600 but prefferabley even lower. I would like to get 8gb of ram. A good videocard preferably 2gb but 1 is fine. I would like a quad core i5 or mabye an fx 8 core proccesor. Also a terrabite drive. Also I would like lots of room for upgrading. Thankyou

Most decent monitors come in at around $130, and a $470 PC really wouldn't be the best. I'd much rather get a new monitor later and start off with a good system. Here you are:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($119.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G43 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($75.91 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($56.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.98 @ Outlet PC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB Video Card ($175.66 @ Newegg)
Case:...

Currency in us dollars. I dont need an os. A monitor would be nice but not neccesary because I have a crappy 720p one but if you could get one in it would be great

Couldn't fit an 8xxx processor in the budget, but the 6300 will work great with this 7870. For $600 this PC is a steal and run most games on high/ultra and 720p.
