Install the drivers for the Wifi component ... will be on ya MoBo driver CD if on board or in the box that the WiFi card came in

It means that you have to buy and install a WiFi PCI-E card or USB adapter.
Unless your motherboard has built-in WiFi. In which case you have to install the drivers that are on the disk that came with it.
