I have a Sapphire 7950 that was working fine for a few months and I decided to sell it. I got a return on the card because apparently it wasn't displaying anything to the monitor.

I checked it on my machine and it also doesn't display anything, but the fans are spinning.

Is there any setting that could be causing this, or could there be something wrong with the card now? I can still RMA the card, but I don't want to spend extra money if its an easy fix. I saw some solutions are a fan setting or BIOS reset.

Try a BIOS reset. Although honestly if you can still RMA the card I would save yourself the hassle if resetting the BIOS doesn't work.

Sorry to ask but just to be sure: Do you have a motherboard speaker that would give off the BIOS beeps if there are any issues? I had the exact same problem just recently with my 7870 (P55-GD55 gave off 1 long beep and 2 short beeps; GPU fans were working). I had to return the card (good thing it was still under warranty) since using an older GPU allowed my PC to boot normally.
