BSOD Boot problem Windows 7

When ever I try to boot to windows it tells me to repair windows but it fails every time and it comes up with this at the end and then blue screens:

try using the upgrade option rather than startup repair.

See if it a bad dimm try starting with one dimm or two and see if the system will post. Try see if she go into f8 safe mode.

startup repair can crash for lots of reasons. bad virus infection, bad sectors on the hdd, bad windows disk, corrupted service pack files. basically between the cd and the hdd is a problem.
its very unlikely that it will be the ram unless its running with an unstable oc'd cpu.
in that case loading optimized defaults will reset everything in bios which will allow you to run the installer, hopefully.
