I'll be buying this as soon as possible.
My budget Range: $1000-1300
Usage: Programming, Gaming, editing pictures with lightroom/photoshop
I live in NYC, but I don't know if there are any good in-store deals.
I prefer to use newegg/amazon(with amazon prime)

I would prefer to have a quiet pc and I don't know if these parts will be quiet or not, but it isn't that important to me. I want this computer to last for a long time (6-7 years at most) so I want to know if these are the right parts. I also would like to know if these parts will all fit well inside the case I chose.

Thank you in advance!

Solution
You don't need the XL version of the Define R4. This is good enough: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811352021
Exact same thing, except a bit smaller.

This is a much cheaper psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207023
$55 after promo code and rebate, you get a high-quality 750w psu.

Upgrade the gpu to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125466
Much stronger.

Also, instead of getting the Hyper 212 plus, grab the Hyper 212 EVO.
