I set my format at 16:9 but it doesn't fit my screen when I burn a dvd it shows like it in 4:3 but its not

Windows DVD maker is awful, Go on Download.com (Run by CNET) and find some DVD burner software, I believe there is one called cheatah burner which my friend used a couple of years ago
