ok guys, i recently got the icybox that allows 4 racks of hdd to make storage with different raids, b ut i forgot to check if it was a true nas drive, i should have double check but i did not, so am stuck now trying to find a Nas adaptor like this ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/NAS-adapter-USB-storage-100Mbps/dp/B002U9JKC8#productDetails ) but this one in the link can only take a max of 2tB. guys does any one have a suggestion of whether a router with Nas compatibility of an Adaptor i can buy that support up to 16TB of HDD.

You probably don't want the slow NAS adapter at the link that you provided because it's USB 2.0, but finding a reliable USB 3.0/Gigabit NAS adapter is difficult because it just wouldn't be as fast as a real NAS and I haven't found one that I'd use. Can't you return the enclosure that you bought and get a real NAS?
