You won't be able to play any kind of games at all with it. It depends on what you want to do with it. If it is only a basic tasks PC, for internet browsing and things like that, it will work very well, but if it is for games (only small ones though), you can do something better with APUs.
you WILL be able to play games on it, just at very low res and also which games.
ultimately its what you want it to do. if you want to play games? move away from this pc.

With the GTX 560 Ti it will work. The reason why I said that is because there is no integrated graphics with your CPU, and there is no GPU included with that PC.
