Hi,
Was considering putting this GA UD3H mobo into this rosewill blackhawk case, links below:
mobo: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128544
case: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107

i chose the case because it comes with 5 fans pre-installed and is also bigger, as opposed to the antec 300 i wanted to get (read that it might be too narrow for some higher-end cpu coolers). And with all these pro`s, the blackhawk also ends up being cheaper since i don`t have to buy fans.

The case also has some front (or rather top) USB 3.0 ports, and i read that it can be problematic to connect them to the mobo if it only has USB 3.0`s facing the back of the case.

Question 1) Will i be able to connect the front USB 3.0 to the mobo ? (I couldn't find that information and i can't tell just by looking at the mobo cause i'm new to this) it doesn't LOOK like its possible but what do i know.

Question 2) In the event that it will not be possible will i be able to connect those USB 3.0's to my mobo's USB 2.0's?, cause i cant find any of em either

Question 3) This damn mobo is said to have 6x USB 3.0's at the rear panel ( I did locate those), 2x USB 3.0's onboard, and 6x USB 2.0's also onboard....where do i visually locate them, i'm serious, i cant find them on the pictures from newegg.

Question 4) Fans: The mobo is said to have 4 system headers and a CPU header. So that means i'll connect the cpu cooler fan to the cpu header and 4 other fans to the system headers. How can i connect the 5'th fan ? ( it is possible that 1 fan has a "molex" connector, is that good or bad ? )

Question 5) Are the fans connectors compatible with my mobo's headers?, i heard there is the issue of 4pins vs 3 pins.

Question 6) If 1 fan has a molex connector...where do i plug it ?

it seems like all the guides and videos on assembling PC's skip over the least obvious part for a first-time builder: connecting the myriad of cables.Granted its not the most important but i'd like to see them spinning.

Thank you to everyone in advance, this is a first time build for me and i know it's like my 4'th request for help so i'm sorry if its deemed "needy"; if what you read makes you think i haven't read some important guide or haven't learned an important piece of info, please do post a link or type a few words about what u think i missed.

Again, everyone's help is very much appreciated.

Solution
1.) Yes. The USB3 header is right next to the 24pin power.
2.) No, but you could potentially buy an addoncard that has a header. Otherwise you have to redo the wiring. USB2 and USB3 wiring is different.
3.) Actually newegg has them labled. On the back the 6 blue ports are USB3. The other usb3 and usb2 ports are via headers. If you look at the mobo picture top down you will see on the right sys_fan 3, USB1/2/3 headers as well as coax digital out (not the digital that has 3 pins instead of the coax 2 pin).
4.) The top fan and assuming the side are both molex connected, should have a little rocker switch on them for speed adjustment.
5) I've never had issues plugging in 3 pin fans into 4 pin. The 4th pin is usually used for speed...

6.) Into the psu molex connector.

Thank you so much !
See, i was trying to locate the same usb-looking ports somewhere on the mobo, the way they look on the rear panel... doh

Anyways, that explains a lot and i don't know about the whole fan switching thing, but if needed, and especially when i'll start overclocking i'll get a temperature control device and tune the fan speed according to the readings next to my most important parts. And now that u mention it i do remember people writing about just being able to ignore the 4th pin safely.

Again, huge thank you for pointing these things out and taking the time.
I have no doubt that i will ask for more help later, and for that purpose, the way i constructed my post, was it ok, or too much text/ too little info on rest of build ?
