PC Is Dead & No Power?

Hey guys , haven't been on this scene in a very long time but need your help! I've got a PC off a friend but it doesn't turn on etc? No power to the fans which are connected via molex straight to the power supply. And no CPU fan etc. No lights on the power switch. So I'm thinking if even if the fan connected via molex don't work is it definitely the PSU which is dead?

Yeah yeah all that is fine , just no lights at all. Power supply fan doesn't even turn on for one seconds. Also it's a standard power supply for PC's about 500W not an expensive brand though called " X-Power " but didn't expect it to die in a year or so. Also no I don't have a voltmeter

Ohhh haha you think I'm a noob. No don't worry I've done most the main tests such as hot wiring the PSU to start it without any other components , no fans spin on the PSU itself and I connected a molex fan no spin either. I'm going to put my 750W Corsair PSU in there and test it and see if it works. The dead PC isn't mine it's one of my friends PC's.
