Looking for a gaming build for around 900 dollars with monitor and OS included in price

This is going to be my first build and I'm looking for something that can run everything out there including BF3 and Planetside 2 at max with at least 30 fps for about 900 dollars. I'd like the price to include the OS and monitor if possible. Any help is appreciated!

You have near perfect CPU, near perfect VGA and overkill PSU for a healthy overclock.
IPS 1080p monitor
I would add a Blu-Ray writer and consider a 256GB ssd instead of a HDD, but otherwise this a PC that i would build for myself. I accept suggestions on case and mobo since my picks are more suited to a 7850+ i3 3220 build than to a 3570k+7950.
